We’ve worked hard to make sure the AI tutor is closely aligned to the AQA GCSE Computer Science (8525) specification. It’s trained using precise materials, including exam-style questions and mark schemes, so it follows the exact topics and keywords students need to know. While we can’t guarantee every response will be perfect, our aim is to replicate the experience of working with an experienced, specification-focused teacher or tutor.

Be specific and clear with your request. Instead of saying “Teach me about networks”, try:

“Give me 5 past paper questions, a mixture of easy, medium, and hard, on computer networks and network security.”

Yes! You can ask for any number of easy, medium, or hard questions on specific topics. You can then type your answers, and the tutor will check them using AQA-style mark schemes to give you clear feedback and tips for improvement.

Note: whilst the AI tutor will give you a good idea of how you're doing, it has been trained to help you learn more than simply mark your work, so you may find that marking may be more lenient than a real examiner.

The AI tutor is designed to help you revise content, using exam-style questions and model answers, so you can learn how to phrase your responses to gain maximum marks. You’ll also get explanations of why an answer is correct or incorrect, helping you improve exam technique over time.

Yes. Teachers and tutors can use the AI tutor to generate quick practice questions or recap activities. It’s also useful for homework tasks, targeted revision, and checking students’ understanding of specification-aligned content. It is also really useful to quickly check if a particular topic appears on the specification and to what depth.
