With over 20 years of teaching experience, Kimberley specialises in GCSE and A-Level Business Studies, A-Level Economics (Edexcel B), the BTEC Tech Award in Enterprise, and WJEC Retail Business. They have also taught A-Level AQA Business, drawing on both extensive curriculum expertise and valuable leadership experience gained as a former Head of Department.

This enables them to provide highly effective support for students who are learning English as an additional language, particularly in written accuracy, clarity, and communication for exam responses.
Their strengths lie in exceptional subject knowledge and a clear, structured approach to exam technique. Over the years, Kimberley has helped many students improve in confidence, strengthen their analytical and evaluative skills, and achieve excellent grades. They firmly believe that every student can succeed in Business, as it not only builds academic understanding but also provides essential real-world skills.
Lessons are tailored to each learner’s needs and preferred learning style. By using a variety of teaching methods, Kimberley ensures sessions are engaging, purposeful, and genuinely enjoyable. Whether a student requires support with complex content, targeted exam preparation, or developing stronger written arguments, they provide personalised, focused guidance to help students reach — and often exceed — their goals.
Outside of tutoring, Kimberley has a long-standing passion for Japanese culture, inspired by their time living and teaching in Japan. This experience has strengthened their commitment to supporting students from all backgrounds to succeed, ensuring every learner feels confident, encouraged, and capable of achieving their aspirations.
