TUTOR PROFILES

Lewis is an experienced Secondary English teacher who currently works in a private international school in Marbella, Spain, having previously taught in a large state school in the UK. He is Head of Key Stage 4 and Pastoral Lead, a role centred on building positive relationships with students while supporting them to make excellent progress through the challenging GCSE curriculum.

He has experience teaching across various UK exam board specifications and has planned and delivered both classroom-based and digital schemes of learning in secondary schools as well as through online private tutoring platforms. His lessons combine consistent teacher modelling with impactful feedback informed by a thorough understanding of exam mark schemes.

Lewis recognises that for all English Language and Literature exams, confidence in structuring written responses under time constraints is just as important as subject knowledge.
